Keri Clark
Regional Director
Keri joined Staff Zone in January 2020 as a Sales Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina. After two years of driving market success and building strong relationships with key business partners, she was promoted to General Manager of the West Region. In her three years out west, Keri has continued to excel in all 5 core competencies and has led Arizona to become one of Staff Zone’s foundation markets. In 2026, Keri advanced to Regional Director. In this role, she focuses on developing high-performing teams and positioning the region as a dominant force within the company.
Brenda Hitz
Director of Client Experience
Brenda began her staffing career in 2002 as Branch Manager in Columbus, Georgia. She was promoted to Regional Sales in 2005 and later to General Manager of Sales in 2011. With almost 25 years of dedicated service at Staff Zone, Brenda is without a doubt a “founding father” of the company. With so much experience in both sales and operations, Brenda identified a growing need for elevated field service and transitioned into her current role as “DOCE”, where she bridges operations and sales within branch teams that support Field Service Managers. Brenda also works daily with the Directors of Sales and Operations on best practices, ensuring Best in Class® service for all customers.
Jennifer Langlois
Regional Director
Jennifer joined Staff Zone in August 2017 as our Sales Manager in Jacksonville, Florida. She immediately made customer impacts and her success catapulted the Jacksonville team into a top Staff Zone market. In January 2022, she was promoted to Area Manager, which included leading the opening of a second Jacksonville location. Her strong leadership and ability to build strong, dedicated teams led to a promotion to General Manager in January 2023. In 2026, Jennifer was promoted to Regional Director and now oversees our entire Florida market along with Savannah and Augusta, Georgia. Jennifer’s team is built for growth and we are excited to see her continued success.
Reggie Lowe
Regional Director
After a decade in onsite construction management, Reggie joined Staff Zone in 2019 and made an immediate impact as Branch Manager in Huntsville, Alabama. Reggie set records as fastest branch opening and set the standard handling both sales and operations. Known as a true problem solver, his construction expertise and passion for Constructing Lives™ made him a natural leader who can “walk the walk”. Reggie was promoted to General Manager in 2020 expanding his geographical footprint and now serves as Regional Director, overseeing the Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, and west Georgia markets.
Jamie Meadows
Regional Director
Jamie began his career with Staff Zone in 2008 as Branch Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina. He successfully launched the Raleigh branch from the ground up, quickly establishing it as one of the company’s most consistent performers. Promoted to General Manager in 2014, Jamie led North Carolia for the next decade continuously crushing expectations while keeping the most tenured teams. A proven players coach, Jamie advanced to Regional Director in 2026. He is now responsible for total sales and operations in North Carolina, Virgina, and South Carolina.
Eric Schwartz
Director of Safety
Eric joined Staff Zone as our Fleet Manager in 2020, after many years of management experience in his previous career with the Atlanta Police Department, where as a Lieutenant, he oversaw the Atlanta Police Training Academy. This experience served him well strategically managing our team of over 100 drivers and vehicle fleet, consisting of 120+ passenger vans, and 55+ company jeeps and trucks. Focusing and consistently managing the safety risk in this department put Eric in the perfect position to pivot to our Director of Safety in January, 2022. In this position, Eric collaborates with our Director of Risk Management and oversees the Fleet Manager and General Managers of Safety to ensure best safety practices continue within our company.
Jeff Thomas
Director of Property Management
With four decades of experience as a General Contractor, Jeff brings a vast amount of knowledge and hands on experience to his new position with Staff Zone. Jeff joined Staff Zone in 2020, with responsibilities including management of all property that is owned and/or occupied by Staff Zone, including maintenance, renovation, new construction and lease management.
