In a business built around people, we place the utmost importance on our Staff Zone family. Meet our Executive Team, with over 200 combined years of temporary staffing experience, ALL specializing in the blue collar sector, we are experts at all levels and in all areas of the industry.
Sherri Harris
Chief Executive Officer
Sherri Harris is the co-founder and co-owner of Harris Ventures, Inc., Staff Zone’s parent company. When forming Staff Zone, Sherri wanted to create a temporary staffing company that would set itself apart from others, and she succeeded. She then took this brand to a new level when Harris Ventures established Staff Zone. As CEO, Sherri sets the overall direction of Staff Zone. She also guides the company’s growth path by continuously exploring new branch openings and acquisition opportunities. Sherri works closely with the Executive Team to ensure that the company is on track with its visions and goals. Part of the company’s vision and goals is to bring economic and social improvements to the people in areas their branches are located. This is done by both providing jobs and supporting charitable organizations in the area and non-profit community services. This is a strong passion for Sherri and she proudly heads up this philanthropic, community relations part of Staff Zone. She is currently on the board of the Children’s Development Academy and puts a lot of focus into many non profit organizations.
Sam Harris
Chief Operating Officer
Sam Harris is the co-founder and co-owner of Harris Ventures, Inc., Staff Zone’s parent company. A 30-year industry veteran who started his career as a Branch Manager in Tampa, Florida, Sam’s journey has been instrumental in developing our Constructing Lives™ mantra. In his current role as COO, Sam works side-by-side with the CEO, Executive Team, and Management Team, leading day-to-day operations that ensure our Best in Class® standards of the company are being met on every level, in every branch, every day. In addition, Sam is the managing partner of Harris Investments Holdings, LLC, our real estate holdings arm which creates long-term location commitments facilitating job stability for our workers.
Matt Anderson
Board Member
Matt started with Staff Zone in 2008 and has held various executive positions all vital to our growth and success, including his passion of sales and finance, developing sales platforms, mentoring individuals, and overseeing high-level management of our Best in Class® sales force. His hands-on leadership style ensured the company continued to meet and exceed all company-wide goals. He currently serves as an advisor on our Board of Directors.
Eric C. Coulter
Chief Financial Officer
Eric C. Coulter, CPA has served as our CFO since 2004 and has been consulting for the staffing industry for over 25 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree as well as a Masters in Accountancy, in addition to being a Certified Financial Planner and a chartered Financial Consultant. He concentrates on both the short-term results and the long-term financial objectives of Staff Zone, working directly with our CEO and COO to ensure these financial goals are being met.
Amanda Albert
Vice-President of Sales and Operations
Amanda Albert began in the staffing industry in 2013 as our Dallas/Fort Worth Sales Manager and made an immediate positive impact in the Texas region. So much so, she was promoted to General Manager of Texas in 2014. In 2015, Amanda spearheaded our Denver, Colorado opening and later that year, was promoted to Director of Sales. Having gained invaluable insight to the management of multiple departments, Amanda was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Operations in January, 2022. She works directly with the COO, as she leads the Director of Sales and Director of Operations, as well as other leadership team positions to achieve company goals.
Luc Turner
Vice President of Quality Assurance
Luc Turner joined Staff Zone as the HR Manager in 2006 and in 2016 became Director of Operations. In 2019, Luc was named Vice-President of Quality Assurance, concentrating on creating, developing, and implementing new projects & data metric management. Luc holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Angelo State University, where he co-authored multiple textbooks and peer reviewed journal articles.
Mark Eady, CSP
Director of Risk Management
In 2006, Mark joined Staff Zone as our Director of Risk Management. Mark is responsible for safety management, accident claims management, and all company insurance. A career safety and risk management professional, Mark holds a Certified Safety Professional accreditation and has over 35 years of high-level expertise in a broad range of industries and roles. He travels regularly to our branches visiting job sites to monitor and promote safety and also works very closely with all General Managers on best safety practices.
Costa DeLuca
Vice President
Costa’s career in the staffing industry begun in 1994 as a Branch Manager in Charleston, South Carolina. Costa has served as our company’s Vice-President since 2003. With almost 30 years of experience, Costa works directly with the entire executive team on implementation of all core competency strategies, as well as our Director of Risk Management, ensuring our stringent safety protocols are being adhered to in all branch locations. Costa is also responsible for all COI’s, controlled insurance programs, and client contracts.
Tony Colicchio
Executive Director
Tony has almost 25 years of Staff Zone experience and is truly a “founding father” of the company. Tony originally started as a Branch Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1999. He was promoted to General Manager of Operations in 2002, responsible for the implementation of all Staff Zone standard operating procedures, and held that position for over 10 years, before being promoted to Director of Growth & Development in 2012. Tony has held many additional positions since 2012, including General Manager and Director of Fleet Management. In 2019, Tony was promoted to Director of Operations, where he partnered with all field personnel on best operational practices. in 2023, Tony was named Executive Director.
Tamela Milini
Director of Sales
After a long career with a major telecommunications company, Tamela joined Staff Zone as our Director of Sales in summer of 2022. She brings more than 15 years’ experience in high level sales management and will be a great asset to our growing company as she leads our dynamic sales force.
Brenda Hitz
Director of Sales
Brenda began in the staffing industry in 2002 as our Branch Manager in Columbus, Georgia. Brenda was promoted to Regional Sales in 2005 and held that position for five years, before being promoted again in 2011 to General Manager of Sales. With over 20 years of Staff Zone service, Brenda was responsible for assisting with the training, development and honing of our sales programs in all branches. She is now our Director of Sales
Geoff Greenhill
Director of Operations
Geoff joined the Staff Zone executive team in April 2023. With over 10 years of experience in large company operations and effective data metric leadership, Geoff was a perfect fit to lead our companies’ growing operations. He is a competitive, proven innovative leader with vast experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple locations.
Sissy DiRoberto
Director of Credit and Collections
Sissy started with Staff Zone as our Administrative Assistant in 2007 and developed most administrative procedures still being used today. In 2015, Sissy was promoted to Credit Manager of Staff Zone and then Director of Credit and Collections. She now oversees and manages the entire credit and collections department, overseeing her team of credit specialists who work daily with our valued clients and branch personnel to ensure all credit policies and procedures are being adhered to and collections are current.
Erica Williams
Director of Human Resources
Erica Williams started with Staff Zone in August 2019 as our Sr HR Generalist. She brings to Staff Zone over 20 years of Human Resources experience from the retail industry. Erica is responsible for all aspects of HR including employee relations, payroll, benefit implementation and onboarding. She has both a Bachelors and Master’s Degree from Kaplan University and is dedicated to continuing to make Staff Zone the national leader in blue-collar staffing.
